+++ update 8/23. Sadly, I have to update this review. I got sick after having had the pizza several times, presumably through cross contact. I ate nothing else but food safely cooked at home on the preceding and following days to it be anything else. I am still recovering. It was a very busy night (the afternoon on the day of the week is usually not busy but things are going on in town). I will say I had no problem when I ordered square and started ordering round because the owner would not let people order a square with sauce UNDER the cheese anymore but could just be a coincidence. I'm really disappointed because it was the only place where I could eat pizza, as I also need vegan cheese++++
The Detroit-style pizza is the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had if you ask for the sauce to be put under the cheese instead of on top! Definitely worlds above the lame cauliflower crusts, the flat breads masquerading as pizzas come etc that other pizza places give you.
I have the double whammy of also having a dairy allergy so I have to have the vegan cheese unfortunately. The crust has no dairy in it itself. Some restaurants at parmesan to their gluten-free dough.

Amazing pizza for the gluten eaters in the house, GF pizza is slightly above average compared to other GF pizzas out there.

We haven’t been able to safely eat or order out for years. Four out of the six of us are celiac, two of which are very severe. All the staff I’ve talked with are knowledgeable of celiac and cross contamination. They prep separately and everything is sanitized. No one in my family got sick and that’s says a lot. We had a great experience and will order again.

A couple of tables to eat at. Love the gluten-free deep dish pizza!
