Side of Aloha offers a menu that is clearly marked what they can prepare gluten free. A sign by the cash register asks you to mention your allergies when ordering. When I stated I needed to eat gluten free the cashier asked if it was an allergy or something else, and when I stated celiac disease he knew exactly what that was and notes it for the kitchen. I had the gf steak option, which was divine, with rice and stir fried veggies. No reaction. My co-worker who also has celiac ordered a poke bowl and they put macaroni salad on it by mistake. When he asked they promptly remade his dish. He also had no reaction.
