Delicious steakhouse with great special touches. Good GF selection and marked on menu. Staff were super knowledgeable and had great recommendations. A real treat.

Sidecut is a fancy steakhouse located within The Four Seasons at Whistler. Steak isn't the hardest thing to make GF, so it tends to be a good option when traveling with Celiac. Sidecut was a treat and delicious for sure. Nothing on the menu is labeled GF, but the waiter was very aware of what could be prepared safely and stayed on top of it the entire night. Pointing out that everything was GF as he set it on the table. The service and taste was top notch! You pay for it, but it was yummy. There were two dessert options that were GF, but the one to go for was the Infinite Chocolate Layer Cake. Super tall, so many layers, all GF and safe for Celiac. My son would have eaten two if we'd let him!
