Excelent typical food from Asturias. They made their own cider. Everything is 100% gluten free, so no cross contamination possible.

The entire kitchen is gluten free, but they do have regular bread upon request (he brought it from a separate area). The menu is typical Spanish and Asturian dishes. The owner makes his own cider and carries local cheeses from the town. It is a worthwhile adventure to get to.
