Everything is gluten free except some bottled beverages and some desserts which are prepared in a separate area. The food was all incredible, they also have a tortilla shop down the street. I felt really safe and enjoyed the amazing food. There was at least one person here who spoke great English which was helpful too although we did have a Latin American translated celiac card.
