Waitress stated bruschetta (wheat) is placed on the grill. I asked for the trout be cooked in a separate pan to avoid cross contact with gluten. Gluten free pasta is cooked in the wheat pasta water. I avoided ordering the gluten free pasta. Did not look at the dessert menu therefore no comment. I Recommend Asking questions before ordering . Tasty dinner.
