Sierra Nevada is attentive and aware of food allergies, however, beer is their focus and they use it in most items on their menu.
Request an allergy menu and have a conversation with your waiter about food preparation. The allergy menu needs explaining: items listed with in BLUE text “Gluten*” can be modified. Items in RED “Gluten” cannot be altered. Items with no “Gluten” listed next to it are GF safe. See attached photo but know menu changes regularly.
We come here annually and I have never had an issue. While options are limited, they are tasty. Plates are small. In the past, I’ve eaten their salads. Their duck fat fries, made in a GF fryer, are delicious!
This year we split the cheese plate and requested the gluten items be served on a separate plate so I could enjoy some of the cheeses. DON’T ASSUME ALL CHEESES ARE GF. One of the cheeses was rinsed in beer. Thankfully our awesome server, Carlyle, knew this and had it added to the bread plate. The beer nuts, that came with the cheese plate (no beer involved, despite the name) are really good and flavorful.
I ordered the Wood Roasted Seasonal Roots. Again, Carlyle knew these were baked in the same oven as their pizzas, although in their own separate dishes. I decided to risk it. She later returned to share the kitchen found a way to cook them elsewhere. They were cooked perfectly.
The restaurant, inside and out, is an experience. They offer live music and have a massive fire pit. Come and have fun!

Allergen menu with everything labeled. Hard kombucha is gluten free and so is the fryer, though I still ask to confirm if there is something questionable on the main menu (ex they had fried oysters when I went and I confirmed they were fried separately). Waitstaff is knowledgeable about allergens and doesn’t hesitate to confirm with the kitchen

Went for lunch! Great salad with grilled chicken & yay for French fries in a dedicated fryer. The hard kombucha was delicious!

Extremely limited options and very pricey. Despite having a dedicated gf fryer, they only had fried and wings (and no gluten free sauces) for options. I paid way too much money for a burger with no bun. Around $120 for 4 people with only 1 drink and sharing plates. I loved Sierra Nevada beer before I knew I had celiac but this place was a mega disappointment. Cool venue tho.

The fries and wings were prepared in a dedicated fryer and were fantastic. They offer lettuce buns for their burgers and I felt very safe while eating here.

Gluten light IPO plus several food choices. Waitstaff was very helpful. Nice fun atmosphere.

This was quite possibly the best meal I’ve eaten post celiac diagnosis. Everything was perfectly cooked and was simply delicious. There’s a menu with allergens listed and it’s very helpful. I had the trout with duck fat fries (the fryer was gf for the duck fat fries) and our waitress was knowledgeable and showed compassion towards making sure I had a safe meal.

Staff was very knowledgeable! Good food and the atmosphere was amazing! Very small and limited GF menu. Didn’t get sick or have any reactions.
they have some options that are GF on the menu, I had delicious Moroccan skewers. they have wine and even if you're not a beer drinker (since none of us Celiac's can drink beer) it's a fun place to walk around.

Visited this restaurant for a work dinner - service was absolutely terrible and they could not give me a clear answer on which items they had prepared gluten-free versus not. Extremely disappointed as this had been given prior notice that I would need a gluten free meal. Would not recommend to those with actual celiac disease.
No
Great venue with numerous menu items that are GF. I had the trout with quinoa, wonderful and I did not get sick. Waiter was knowledgeable and answered my questions to my satisfaction. They do not offer a gluten free beer but had excellent wine choices.
