Best BBQ in Sacramento/Folsom area. Worth the drive. They do not have a dedicated kitchen, but I am very sensitive and have NEVER gotten cross-contaminated. All but one of their BBQ sauces is gluten free. Pork Riblets are extremely delicious, however we have had their beef brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. All full of gluten free flavor!
