The Coop has several GF options, some GF/Vegan or Vegetarian available, for instance with my daughter we grabbed tamales from Tucson Tamale Company from their freezer, we asked the staff for a paper plate and heated it up in their microwave, we then enjoyed them sitting out in their covered patio! Every Sunday, the Coop makes their own sandwiches using O’Dough bagels, and all gluten free ingredients! You can just rage them from their Grab ‘n Go fridge and eat them! Vegan options are offered too! If you feel like dessert, they have GF sweets made by local bakers, Farmer’s Daughter’s items are made in a private kitchen that’s kept gluten free (I inquired personally). The staff is very helpful and can help with looking for other items too!
