Good food, but if you call to get more info. about how safe it is for Celiac Disease [for my daughter]: I spent 10 minutes talking to this "communications ~company" who had only fair knowledge about their practices. She claimed they have the GF foods in preparation next to the mixers, and flour is visibly in the air. If so, then it would settle on the unprotected GF foods or GF foods in preparation. Yet, I've read someone's account of their daughter being very sensitive and doing well here. And, it wouldn't be valid to call something GF if flour is truly *visibly* floating in the air and so settling on the "GF" products. A place can use the same kitchen and have flour mixing there not very far if the flour isn't visibly in the air, and be potentially safe for Celiac (but not for a wheat allergy) because it takes as few as 5 grains of flour to damage a celiac person, but just one to harm a wheat allergy person.... Ultimately, I asked to speak to a person who bakes there instead of this communications company person. She did take down my name and # for that, so that's good of her. Hopefully they'll call and I'll learn more clearly how safe this is for celiac disease.
