Amanda is the best gluten free baker! For my daughters wedding we did a dessert table of assorted gluten free desserts. Guest were surprised to find out they were eating gluten free. The wedding cake was delicious and gluten free too. Celiac is hereditary and going gluten free was safest for our family. Not only was everything beautiful but, it tasted delicious!
