Specifically placed an order so as to avoid all gluten. Had the kitchen followed my order, it would have been safe. I explicitly said that I had a wheat allergy (to ensure that the kitchen would take it seriously), and when we got our to go order, it contained fried tofu, despite my EXPLICITLY telling them to leave out the fried tofu due to a wheat allergy
