Silks Saratoga Bistro

They have a couple of salads and you can get breakfast until 1:00. They do not have a dedicated grill or fryer. No buns for sandwiches. Charged me for putting a bottle of water on the counter even though I bought it somewhere else - and I had ordered a drink.
