Silo is at Canyon Farms Country Club, and it is an absolutely gorgeous setting! Lots of outdoor seating, private rooms for larger groups. It's a farm to kitchen restaurant, so everything is fresh and locally sourced.
They have several gluten free options, though not a huge variety. The server was very knowledgeable about gluten and disclosed that they do not have a "Celiac friendly kitchen", but would do everything they could to make it without cross contamination -- changing gloves, cooking in a separate space, etc. I was comfortable enough to try their Smoked Beet salad, with beets and sheep cheese and apricots. It was so delicious, and I didn't get sick! They also brought out some gluten free bread for me since the rest of my group got bread with an appetizer.
Overall a great experience! It's pretty pricey, but a great place for a fancy dinner.

Great ambiance, beautiful and toasty warm. Food is labeled gf or gf options. They do not have a separate prep space in the kitchen so cross contamination is likely. This is stated in the menu. I was able to get a salad that was prepped in another area. Delicious with rich components, worth a try. If you're super sensitive you'll likely leave hungry.
