GF and GFA menu items marked on the menu but when I messaged with the director of food and beverage and asked if they use separate equipment, have separate prep areas or other protocols the only thing he would say was, “there is always a chance of cross contamination.” The lack of any other response to my actual questions led me to believe they have no protocols in place. We came for a family event and I brought my own food. Super disappointed as it’s a great location and somewhere I would love to be able to go to regularly especially when we have out of town guests.

Pier B hotel restaurant is really nice with great views. Menu has gluten friendly and gluten free available marked. I let the waiter know I had celiac and she made sure to let the kitchen know. No dedicated fryer but there was a good array of entrees for dinner as well as burgers/sandwiches, salads, and sides. I had the pork chop with no reaction (it was GOOD - I recommend). Duluth Cider and Wild State Cider are both local and superb.
