Review of Silver Diner

SD is a pretty good option for gluten free. Not the 5 stars of a Not Your Average Joe's or Burtons, but decent. There is no dedicated gluten free menu, but several items are marked, and unlike most places, it is not just surf and turf. They do have 2 deserts that are marked gluten free, a shake and a chewy chocolate brownie. The turkey platter gravy is gluten free. It is almost clear and not cloudy like most gravies that have flour in them to thicken them up. If I where an extreme celiac, I might pass though. Young staff, not sure about their cross contamination education.
