Review of Silver Dollar City

The food was good, don’t get me wrong, but some of the staff made me feel like they had no clue what gluten was or how to avoid it. Everywhere but Percy’s was fine (ironic because that’s the recommendation to go to if you have a gluten intolerance/celiac). When we got to Percy’s the staff told us that their bosses had just left, and the only thing they have to follow in their protocol for gluten free orders is a glove change, and to hand you the book of allergies. I watched as the slide the scopes used for both wheat and corn tortillas. I was fine because I have an intolerance, but a person who’s celiac, would most definitely have been glutened. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because the potatoes were pretty good and I felt safe ordering them with the staff being very knowledge.
