Review of Silver River Adobe Inn

Though this adorable bed & breakfast does not advertise as gluten-free, it is a completely gluten-free place run by a sweet elderly couple, the wife of which has celiac, herself. She told me she just serves everyone gluten-free, and no one can tell the difference. She served us fresh apple slices, gluten free waffles topped with a peach puree from peaches from her peach trees, organic coffee sweetened with coconut sugar, and fresh organic blueberry and apricot juices.
