GF items clearly labelled on the traditional Thai menu. When I called to place the order I informed them I was coeliac, they double checked the items I wanted were safe. I didn’t order fried foods to avoid shared fryers anyway. I had pad Thai with chicken which was a huge portion and delicious, and crispy chilli beef (checked was in tapioca flour and pan cooked) again very tasty and huge portion. I also ordered a side of fried rice (no soy sauce) which I had to eat for lunch the next day as just couldn’t even imagine eating it as was so full!
