Took a chance on this place and it was totally worth it. They didn't have a GF menu but waitress talked to chef to confirm. I had the Pork and it was cooked to perfection. They also had a berry panna cotta that was divine. The chef Marco is from Italy and came tableside to chat with us. It was a breath of fresh air and best GF meal I had in Birmingham.
The gentleman who greeted us at the door told me they can accommodate for gluten sensitivity. He walked me through the entire menu at our table and was so helpful. He advised that all but 2 salad dressings are made in house and all are GF. They will grill chicken fingers or fish instead of frying. He advised that they are fluent in cross-contamination prevention practices. I had smoked pork chops and it was HEAVEN. I've heard people talk about this place like it is wonderful and it exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
