Staff told me no options other than salad were safe for celiac. No separate water for noodles. No separate tools in the kitchen. Not sure how others had such different experiences. I ended up having steamed rice while my friends ate.

The staff was super easy going with myself, my mother and brother, all of which are celiac . They made all the food fresh so we wouldn’t have any concerns and even gave us recommendations through the menu. Everything was top notch!!

Staff was knowledgeable about GF. Had the Massaman curry with chicken. Originally ordered the beef, but she came back and said the beef had been in soy sauce and wasn’t gf.

Pad Thai is safe. Been here twice. First time it took 45 min to get my dish, but it was during the lunch rush and they had to make space to change the water my noodles were boiled in. Long wait, but appreciated. Much faster the second time.
