Their staff is 100% not trained or knowledgeable, but they disclaimer themselves both on the phone and in person that they have no GF options. But in the menu they have gluten-free taco tortillas optional for no addl charge, lettuce wraps for burgers, and salads. You MUST ask for no croutons, and MUST ask for no fried "frizzled shallots" in the burgers (they add them by default.) So far I've had every taco, their burgers, and their Apple walnut chicken salad (no croutons by default) and have not had any reaction. I've eaten here 10+ times for trivia nights every Sunday. Hopefully if enough people ask, they'll finally make a GF menu. I have to say due to lack of knowledge it has to be unsafe, but as a celiac I've never had a reaction there.
