After reading the positive reviews, I was really optimistic about this place. Even though I didn't get sick, unfortunately my experience didn't match.
My friends & I went here right at the end of the day, and like I always do, I gave the cashier a heads up I have celiac. She was very nice about it, and I asked what would be the safest thing for me to order other than salad. Then a gentleman with some piercings told me that really nothing was safe except the salads. I told him that the reviews said otherwise, but he was pretty adamant about it.
At that point, if the person who is making my food is that insistent, I'm not going to push the issue & I reluctantly ordered a salad. He seemed more focused on talking to his coworkers about twerking anyway (can't make this up), so I wasn't super confident he was gonna be thorough anyway.
They seem like nice people, but not sure I'd come back after that experience. House Rock Kitchen was much better in my opinion.
