They offer a wonderful variety of both refrigerated and frozen prepared meals along with some desserts such as rice pudding and cheesecake. They’re very careful with cross-contamination. It’s not inexpensive (seriously, what good quality, non processed, prepared gluten free food is?) but it’s well worth the price.

Love their premade meals. Bumpy cake is to die for! No issues and have never felt sick after eating Anything from SGK.

Dedicated fryer for fries. Many choices and clearly marked. Excellent communication and goes the extra mile to ensure it’s gluten free. Will be back!

Delicious, healthy gluten free option, many of which are also dairy free. Their selection changes daily but some of my favorites are he lamb shepherds pie, pot roast and salmon.

Came here for a cooking class and they were super accommodating with my gluten allergy. Can't wait to attend another class!

Food is clearly marked for GF. If there is any question, friendly staff will check with kitchen. Lots of options and special care is taken w/ food prep. My son has never had an issue here with reaction. Love this place.

The "Can't Decide" dip is to die for...literally!! They also have gluten free crackers that go well with the dip. My favorite entrees are the Chili and Pad Thai. The Chicken Salad on a Peach is a great option for lunch.

Everything is clearly labeled....lots of entrees to choose from.

This place has amazing prepared food. So far, I've had their pot roast, pad Thai and bumpy cake. They were amazing! Very knowledgeable about gluten free!
