I specified in our online reservation notes that I was gluten-free (celiac) and the server provided me a gluten-free menu and assured me the kitchen would take steps to prevent cross-contamination. I got the caprese salad as a starter (which was large for just one person), and the scallops for dinner, as well as chocolate Gelato for dessert. Service was very good and knowledgeable regarding gluten-free options.

Beautiful, high end Italian restaurant in the Encore. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. GF bread and pasta. Osso Bucco was fantastic! I have eaten here multiple times with no issues. We have sat at the bar several times, bartenders are also very knowledgeable of the gf options.
