Sincero Cafe

Basic Vietnamese Eatery. A number of options clearly labeled gluten free. When I advised of my need for gluten free was told my veg pho was already gluten free. However, when it came out, it was served with a side of hoisin and siricha, and when I asked if they were gluten free I was told probably not. Ate the pho without sauce, yummy, huge, and no reaction. Do pay attention to sauces etc. Very basic Cafe/restaurant but yummy.
