Such a great restaurant. The food was incredible and they have a separate GF menu. Ordered sweet and sour shrimp (battered), mixed vegetables, sweet and sour chicken (battered). Also I didn’t try them but they mKe DUMPLINGS!

Probably the best place to find gluten free Chinese food in Alberta. I’ve missed it so much and the gluten free menu has so many options. I ordered 7 dishes just for myself to take home and freeze so I can enjoy Chinese food once again! Employees are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and I haven’t gotten sick. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic food. The best dumplings I have ever had (gf or not). They take extra special care to prepare the gf food first in fresh oil. I had 5 different dishes and didn't have a reaction at all. Highly recommended and worth the price!

Super happy to be able to get gluten free Chinese takeout! The rest of my family likes it too and say that it tastes just as good as the normal stuff

Edit: please be careful when ordering. There are two separate menus and you must order through the gluten free version of the store to make sure they use the dedicated fryer and make sure it is allergy safe. The owner was very helpful when I reached out on one occasion when I did make this mistake (luckily I noticed the mistake before I ate anything!)

We got the sweet and sour (fried and breaded) GF chicken: $18.95, deep fried veggies (also breaded GF)$18.95 and egg drop soup big bowl served more than two $18.95. The egg drop soup was a bit watery and tasteless. The chicken was a nice treat because we can’t ever get anything breaded. The veggies were chunks of real fresh veggies deep fried. Everything was in a separate frier and we felt no ill effects. I wouldn’t get the soup again. There isn’t much ambience and the food took a really long time but I think that was because they made sure it was safe. It was kind of Luke warm when we got back to the hotel because we got it to go but overall it was worth the visit. Maybe if we ate in it wouldn’t have been as Luke warm.

What a fantastic experience!!! The BEST gluten free Chinese food we’ve ever had and a phenomenal selection to choose from. Our server, Lisa, was incredible. So very helpful. And the chef also accommodated egg free, dairy free, shellfish free. It’s been hours later and no reaction, which I would within 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

First place we've dined at where the server asked us if we are celiac/gluten-free right when we walked through the door. Server sounded very knowledgeable about celiac and we are confident there is no cross-contamination, and on top of that the food is delicious! After reading the other reviews about not having any celiac symptoms we got brave and took our kids here. My one boy is allergic wheat, egg, shellfish and all nuts and the other 2 boys are allergic to dairy and egg. Cross contamination is a big deal for us as 8/10 restaurants that we went to assured that their food does not contain any of the allergens mentioned but my boys always end up with allergy symptoms and have to be medicated or end up at the hospital for the night. Nothing makes a mother feel better than her kids complimenting on the food and asking to come back here again. My husband and I were quite shocked ourselves of how delicious the food were comparable to the other big Chinese restaurants in the city. We only ordered the gluten-free dishes from the gluten-free menu and they were all great! The price is pretty decent as well. None of the boys had any symptoms so we will definitely come back here again. Thank you Singapore Sam’s (and the super friendly staff) for allowing us to have great gluten-free Chinese food (didn’t know such a thing existed until now)! Thank you so much again :)

The best Chinese food I’ve had. Dedicated fryers, dedicated workspace, separate menu both in restaurant and when ordering on skip. Only in Calgary for a few days and had it twice because it was that good. Also ordered it on Skip for a large group of people, no one had any idea it was gluten-free and everybody was raving about how good the food was.

My celiac daughter wanted Chinese for her bday so we made the trek downtown to Singapore Sam’s. Our server was very lovely and friendly. The food was piping hot and among the best Chinese food I’ve had. The gf menu was extensive. My daughter was given a complimentary caramel banana dish for her bday dessert. The place was empty and showing signs of COVID strain. I hope they make a full recovery because good gf Chinese food is hard to find.
