Took a chance at this Indian cafe and was pleasantly surprised. Server highly knowledgeable about gluten and double checked with kitchen staff. Warned me that fryer is used to fry gluten containing items and showed me exactly what I could eat that was safe. I was prepared an incredible lunch which was completely gluten free. Please check out this establishment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
