Cute little bakery - no sit down area, so you just walk in grab what you want and go. I liked that they have a variety of gluten free stuff, not just sweets. You can get quiches, sandwiches etc. I went in at midday, not sure if everything had sold out already but they didn’t have much in the cabinets when I went in. But what I did get was delicious.

SinGlut is the best g-free bakery we’ve found anywhere in our travels (London, Paris, Normandy) thus far and better than any g-free bakery back in the US! EVERYTHING is g-free and everything is made right their in the kitchen!! They offer pizza, sandwiches, pasta, pies, cookies, brownies, croissants, and more! My daughter had the g-free chocolate croissant and loved it! We will return later today on our way home from sight-seeing to stock up!
