Review of Sinton's at the Bridge

Have been here several times before, and had a good experience. Today not so good, no GF markings on menu (despite most things able to be made GF) and when asked waiting staff they didn’t have a good understanding of what was and wasn’t GF. Good food, just make sure staff understand your requirements.
