Review of Sippers Coffeehouse

Was so excited to find a coffee house that had GF options with positive reviews from other celiacs. Sadly, this was not my experience. I asked the staff who waited on me about GF options and asked if there was separate prep space. They indicated there was not. I specifically asked if their sandwiches on GF bread and baked goods were celiac friendly with care for cross contamination. The response was a confused “ it’s basically all handled together” and isn’t GF. The coffee was good, but it was clear from the staff’s reaction this is not a safe place for a celiac to eat. VERY disappointing as I saw another reviewer indicate the owner has celiac and they specifically advertise GF on their menu board.
