Most of the menu is GF and staff is very knowledgeable about the measures that need to be taken to ensure a safe dining experience. I had a breaded tenderloin (first since diagnosis 11 years ago) and fries - they have a dedicated fryer. And when the server mentioned GF apple crisp I couldn’t say no. Well worth the hour drive!
