They have gf bread that they can substitute fon any sandwich. They offer rice crackers as a side instead of pita chips. They assured me that everything is prepared on separate or clean surfaces. I had a BLT with avocado and smoked salmon, which was delicious

Sips 2.0 Is across the street from the main café and filled with takeout options: Soups, salads, and meals premade that you can heat up in the oven. Everything is labeled with all of the ingredients as well as allergen labels. They make it very easy to find delicious, safe food. It’s a great resource for Southwest Harbor.

Sips 2.0 across the street is the to-go option (was here during covid so everything was to-go). The olive chicken salad and chickpea salad are amazing! Best food I have had in Southwest Harbor. Will definitely be going back plus trying Sips.

I was very impressed with the waitresses willingness to answer all my questions about their gluten free options. All their risotto’s are gluten free and they also have gluten free pasta. They also bring out some plain gluten free crackers at the same time as they bring everyone else bread. I was really happy with how they did every thing. I will definitely be returning there next year when I come back for vacation.

Very friendly, great food. I'm not Celiac but am GF. Never had a problem. The owner is really working on GF options and even for their new Sips 2.0 which has lunches to go and frozen casseroles for dinner. Highly recommend

Tried to get breakfast there. Staff said no guarantee as they were so busy. No separate space or toaster. Grateful for the honesty. We didn’t try anything there. I’m celiac.

For GF and DF option, had Haddock with Mediterranean Salsa. Instead of mashed potatoes, had double vegetable which was kale salad. Wait staff was very accommodating and even brought me a couple strawberries...for dessert. Great service and meal!
