Authentic Texas experience in this tiny place - a favorite of hunters apparently. We were looking for breakfast tacos for the gluten eaters, but my 2 daughters with celiac disease loved the omelet and the hash browns. Gal at counter said they were gluten free and that a regular has celiac and “eats all the hash browns he can eat”. No one felt sick and the food was delicious!
