They are very knowledgeable here and will safely prepare your food. The gluten free bread is so delicious and comes from a local baker. Every sandwich I’ve had was delicious.

Great sandwiches! I messaged them ahead of time about their bread as I also have a tree but and dairy allergy and they provided me with the entire ingredient list! My sandwich was made separately and gloves were changed. I am a very sensitive celiac and felt great after eating!

Was looking for a quick stop on the way up to ski. Sandwich was really good. I only ordered a half because they are so large. Did not get sick. They changed gloves before making mine.

I grabbed a sandwich to here to eat on the drive home from Portland after reading all the reviews about how good the bread was. Turns out, they make their gluten free bread, which is awesome, and definitely justifies the $2 up charge. The gluten free sandwiches are prepared separately to avoid cross-contact. Also, the sandwiches are absolutely massive. I was expecting the size of a regular gluten free sandwich and was absolutely shocked when I was handed that was about 5 or 6 inches in diameter. The bread did not disappoint either. It was soft and flavorful, and actually added to the sandwich rather than either just being a carrier or actually detracting from the sandwich as gf bread often does. My non-gf boyfriend said this was probably the best gluten free bread he’s tried. My sandwich was absolutely delicious and I ended up saving the other half to eat the next day (the bread didn’t fair as well on day 2, but was still pretty decent). When I come back to Portland, I will definitely be coming back for another sandwich!

Stopped and called to order ahead for a quick lunch. I able to get a gluten free turkey and bacon sandwich on a Gf ciabatta roll. It was delicious!!! I would get sauce on side though and ask if the bread can be toasted. Other than that it was great! And the sandwiches are HUGE. You can order a half which is really like a normal whole size. My boyfriend also got a non gluten free bacon grilled cheese that was very good. Also have good lemonade he said and I got a raspberry iced tea.

The new Gluten Free Foccia bread is amazing. I was skeptical when they served me but they promised it was GF. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had. I ordered the Chicken caprese.

Wrapped my panini in tin foil. GF bread was crispy and delicious. My non-celiac friend also enjoyed her meal. Nice quick option

Staff was very knowledgeable about all allergies. Very friend. Sandwich was fantastic. While they share a kitchen with wheat products, staff was very mindful about switching gloves and taking precautions.

Would not recommend for someone with celiac. The gluten free sandwiches are half wrapped in tin foil before going in the same panini press as their gluten sandwiches. The tin foil wasn’t even wrapped around the sandwich all the way, so the probability of cross contamination was quite high. Plus due to the volume of sandwiches they make, gloves weren’t changed at the final stage so I sadly had to toss it.

Felt safe gluten-wise, but felt like it left something to be desired in terms of taste. I got the caprese chicken sandwich and felt like it was a bit bland/didn’t taste fresh. Definitely has a lot of options! Would try a different sandwich if I am in the area again.

Delicious sandwiches and are very aware of cross contamination needs for celiac. I’m very sensitive and had no issues. Plus their gf pita is homemade and delicious!

I took a day trip to Portland and took a chance here. I’m so glad I did. It is very allergen conscious and vegetarian friendly, too, since my friend is. Delicious sandwich combinations. The make their own amazing gf pita pocket bread and any meat sandwich could be made vegetarian by substituting tempeh. The signage was humorous, sandwiches large and filling and one could purchase a half sandwich. Staff was kind, very hygienic and careful about cross contamination for this Celiac! I will return!

AMAZING gluten free sandwiches that are actually toasted! Awesome selection, will definitely be coming back.
Amazing gluten free sandwiches!
Great sandwich spot! Sandwiches can be made on gf wraps or as a salad. Not sure on celiac safe, but my sandwich was made on a separate plate and order was called back as gluten free.
