The owner of this Restaurant has a history with Gluten issues in her family. They have two menus. One that is completely dedicated gluten free. They also have a dedicated cooking space and cookware that is dedicated gluten free. Gf soy sauce, etc. Food is really good! We really enjoy going there and I don’t have to worry or ask 50 questions about how the food is prepared. If you like Thai food, this place is a win, win!
