My dinner plans were cancelled last-minute, so we ended up eating at this restaurant in the lobby of our hotel, the Sheraton. The manager was quite knowledgeable about what meals on the menu could be made gluten-free. I ended up ordering a steak with a side of string beans and mashed potatoes, and they made sure that it did not come with crispy onions. I didn’t have any reaction the next day which was a big relief, and I would be open to going back.
