New restaurant since November 2022. We got the tasting menu and they accommodated our gf needs. There were extra surprise dishes and great wines. Nice to have a fine dining facility that can do gf!

Fyi - they didn't just remove the non gf items from the plate, they either substituted or reimagined the dish to make sure it was a complete course. Definitely will come back!
