Symptomatic Celiac

Talked to the head chef. He said the list of gluten containing items is shorter than the list of gluten free. Pork chops are the ONLY meat that use a Marinade containing Soy Sauce / Gluten. Their Fried Chicken and battered items even use an Italian style breading that is gluten free! All tortillas a made in house, including the corn tortillas, and those are gluten free!
