The best meal I’ve ever had during their dinner service. Staff was extremely kind and considerate and even reworked the menu to fit my needs. GF bread on request. I cannot say enough about my experience. Amazing drinks, sides, cheese board, desserts, and mains. Check out the bathrooms too!

My entire afternoon tea was gluten free! The staff was well knowledgeable and extremely careful. At the end of the meal they ended up giving me a free cake slice for take away. An expensive but gluten free treat!
Good news: gluten free afternoon tea! The staff was very very helpful and accommodating. In person they were really great at helping me figure out what was actually safe for celiac. Bad: while they do offer a full gluten free afternoon tea, it turns out that they make the gluten and gluten-free pastries and scones in the same room :( but I really do appreciate that the staff took the time to confirm this and was honest to me. So I didn't get to try the gluten-free pastries, but the gluten free sandwiches (which they promised were prepared separately) were awesome and they gave me a double portion of those. One negative though was that originally when I emailed them to ask questions about their gluten free menu. Amy said everything was prepared separately. But as I said above, that was not entirely true... Overall I feel like you could find a better gluten free tea in London but if you end up going here, you will enjoy. Check out the bathrooms too (weird but do it)!
