The chef and staff are very knowledgeable and most items can be modified to gluten-free and safe for celiacs. We eaten here for years and never an issue. Great wine list or wine flights with each course.

Very high end dining. Enjoyed a delicious gluten free meal here. Menu changes often. Staff is knowledgable. Atmosphere is also great in a rustic lodge. Service is superb and what you would want and expect in a five star restaurant.
