Review of Skihütte Masner
Skihütte Masner truly impressed us! While they don’t offer specific gluten-free dishes on their menu, they clearly label dishes that are naturally gluten-free. What’s even more remarkable is their careful and professional handling of gluten-free requirements.
A great example is their Rösti: Skihütte Masner uses a separate fryer that is specifically labeled as gluten-free to avoid cross-contamination. This level of care shows they understand the importance of gluten-free preparation and take it seriously.
For anyone with gluten intolerance, Skihütte Masner is a fantastic choice where you can dine with confidence. Definitely worth a visit!

Very friendly cook gave a broad list of gf products we could choose from. Among them were: All soup Chips All potatoes dishes All sausage (Frankfurter, Bratwurst) Affcorse all fegetables. He was even willing to serve rise from the staf with some spaghetti sauce.
Ski Hut at Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area. The staff can give advice what is glutenfree on the menu. My hubby had spare ribs and chips.
