Review of Skillets Cafe & Grill

Waiter is very clear about what can be made gluten free and how. Information is also available on the menu. I mentioned my allergy to my server and my food came out on a green plate to mark the gluten free status. I ate from the breakfast menu, so I can’t speak to the quality of fried items, but the website says they have dedicated gf fryers.
