Review of Skillets Cafe & Grill

I was amazed at the number of gluten free options available. They have a gluten free fryer and can also do gluten free breakfast items (pancakes, waffles). Staff seemed very knowledgeable. The food wasn’t the best I’ve had, but the variety of meals offered probably made up for that.
