Breakfast / brunch restraunt near Florida Gulf Coast University. Can get crowded when school is in session and snowbirds are in town for the winter but had no wait on a Saturday in May. While not an extensive GF selection there are enough items to choose from to satisfy. I had a "skillet" which had potatoes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. It comes with toast but when I ordered GF they mentioned they don't have GF bread but offered a GF pancake as a substitute. It was great! I was diagnosed celiac later in life so remember the decadent pleasure of pancakes with butter and syrup and this tastes EXACTLY the same as any pancake made with wheat. I loved that it came with a little GF marker on it (which I wish all kitchens would use) and am guessing they do that since most people would think it was standard issue pancake batter. The servers had little understanding of GF but a manager helped out which was appropriate and appreciated. With high rates of turnover among staff in the hospitality industry, I'm sure training is a challenge. My wife had a breakfast sandwich (not GF) and loved it so good for all appetites.
