Really honest and knowledgeable about gluten and Celiac. Not dedicated fryers but gf buns available.

90% of the menu is gluten free or can be made free of gluten. the owners are very aware of gluten free and will inform you of any precautions to take. the oil is changed everyday so the chicken tenders were safe for me.
