Incredible staff and an incredible gluten free experience! Skippers has a gluten free menu with salad, appetizer, and main course items. I ordered the fish cakes with salad and wasn’t disappointed. The food was excellent and maybe the best fish cake I have ever had. The staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease and it’s always comforting when you hear other tables ordering GF as well - this place gets it right! We also loved the live music and will be back soon (tomorrow for lunch probably!).
