Originally known as an Æbleskiver (Danish word for “pancake ball”). Skiveers is an Americanized version of the Æbleskiver. They offer omelets and gluten free versions of pizza, ham & swiss, delicious fruit filled Skiveers as well as chocolate filled Skiveers.
