Review of Skull Creek Dockside

Overall good experience. First time having calamari since my diagnosis. They have a separate fryer and seem very knowledgeable. Unfortunately my main course came out and had a macaroni noodle hidden among the steamed vegetables. Luckily I saw it and notified the waitress. She had the kitchen remake my plate and a manager (whose mom is celiac) came over to apologize and comped the meal. No issues with the remade plate at all.
