With so many good reviews and having talked to the manager ahead of time on the phone, we expected our experience to be different than it was. Tons of GF options, and the food is delicious, but it didn’t feel as safe for celiac as I expected. The waitress started by saying the fryer is dedicated BUT they can’t guarantee no cross contact. My daughter wanted the GF pizza but we asked the waitress to check with the kitchen on how they prepare it and she said they bake the GF pizza on a shared pizza stone, so that’s not celiac safe. The food was amazing, and in the end my daughter did not get sick, so obviously it was safe, but I expected to feel 100% comfortable and I didn’t. We did try fried items and they were delicious. The potato skins were the hit of the day. It was just more nerve wracking than we expected.
